Benefits of Pineapple May 29, 2011


Pineapple comes loaded with a bunch of vitamins and minerals. I usually become pineapple obsessed about this time of year, and I have been eating so much pineapple lately. It takes my sweet cravings away thats for sure!

Pineapple has a bunch of calcium, fiber, potassium, and vitamin c.

It is said to help people lose weight! It also helps people with colds or cough as it helps kill the bad germs. Thank god for this heavenly fruit!
