Carrots and Carrot juice are just streaming with healthy nutrients, and in a normal quick diet, we are lacking many of them. Carrots contain a great amount of Vitamin A (same as any orange and yellow fruit or veggie) Which can help with your eyes and brain. We need Vitamin A in our bodies just to function, and very few of us will even touch carrot juice. Try mixing your carrot juice with orange juice(both fresh squeezed) It is a delicious and healthy blend I just can’t stay away from!!!
