Olive Oil for Arthritis and Joint Pain August 21, 2012


Pain in the joints has been slowing down the older generations, and some younger ones for years. There is nothing more frustrating then not being able to move without pain or stiffness. There are many medications that are used for these problems, but none come close to olive oil. Olive Oil can be taken by mouth, about 3 teaspoons a day, or you can rub it on the area that hurts. My mother and grandmother both have been doing this, and they are in no pain every day. They take it by mouth and rub it on there hands and legs. This is a much better alternative to the pills and chemicals they call medicine. I am all for this treatment!! Try it!!

  3. 4.) Remove the dough from bowl and place on a cutting board lightly greased with olive oil and continue kneading dough for about five minutes.
